Join Statesboro's Best Running at the 26th Annual Brooklet Peanut Run 5k on Saturday, August 15th, 2026. The race will begin at 7:15 AM, and awards will be given at the ceremony at 8:30 AM. The event will take place at the Brooklet Elementary School.
*While the Peanut Fedtival has been rescheduled to September, the Peanut 5k will remain on 8/15.
The 5k run is hosted by the Southeast Bulloch High School Cross Country Team(s). This is a fundraiser to help with travel costs within the season and also assist with the purchasing of uniforms and other team equipment and supplies.
Registration:
Before June 30th: $25 (includes T-Shirt)
Before August 2nd: $30 (includes T-shirt)
August 3rd or later: $35, not guaranteed a T-Shirt
Online registration ends at 12 PM on 8/14/26. Last chance registration is available at packet pickup for $35. The race is limited to 400 participants.

8/15/26 from 6 am until 7 am at Brooklet Elementary School.
